Make Baked Desi Mac N Cheese at Home

Ingredients:
- Boiled macaroni- 2 cups
- Tomato puree- 2 cups
- Onions (sliced)- 3 medium-sized
- Capsicum- 1 cup
- Corn (boiled)- 1/2 cup
- Crushed ginger garlic Green chilli- 1 tbsp.
- Butter- 50 gm
- Salt- as per taste
- Sugar- 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Oregano- 1/2 tsp
- Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup- 1 tsp
- Pizza pasta sauce- 1 tsp
- Fresh cream- 1/2 cup
- Processed cheese- 3-4 cubes
- Mozzarella cheese- 50 gms
Preparation:
Step 1: In a heated pan add butter. Now add crushed ginger garlic and green chillies. Saute it for a minute. Then add sliced onions and again saute it for 2 mins.
Step 2: Add tomato puree. Cook the puree for a min. Put on the lid. Cover and cook it for about 7-8 minutes while stirring in intervals.
Step 3: Add capsicum & boiled corns and mix it. Then add salt, sugar and black pepper. To it add tomato ketchup, pizza pasta sauce, oregano and chilli flakes. Stir all the ingredients together. Now add fresh cream. Let it cook for a minute. Add 1-2 cubes of grated processed cheese. Now add macaroni and mix together with the prepared sauce.
Step 4: Switch off the flame. Transfer the prepared macaroni to a baking tray and spread evenly. Also, spread a layer of grated processed cheese and mozzarella cheese on the top of the macaroni and set it.
Step 5: Bake it at 200° for about 15-20 mints and it’s ready. Serve hot.
