We extract black sesame oil in Kachi Ghani’s by wood pressing the seeds, ensuring that all nutrients and the rich, nutty flavor of sesame are retained, as the Ghani operates at a slow speed of 4-7 rounds per minute, generating minimal heat.

- The oil is left to settle in stainless steel containers for 5 days.
- The oil is then filtered and packed into bottles.
