We take care to source high-quality White Sesame seeds. The oil is unrefined and clarified naturally. This keeps nutrients intact.

Quality we care about
We maintain an all-natural production process and don’t standardize our oils using artificial colours or essences. There may be a minor difference in aroma and colour across batches. Foaming/Frothing can happen during deep frying in any wood-pressed, raw oil. It’s because of excessive moisture in food and oil heat. Try frying a small ball of tamarind first to prevent frothing.

How it’s Made?
High-quality farm-fresh White Sesame seeds are sourced locally from partner and our own farms.
Sun-dried White Sesame seeds are thoroughly cleansed.
White Sesame seeds are then crushed in a traditional Wooden Churner (Ghani/Chekku) at slow speeds to ensure that the oil is extracted at low temperatures, maintaining all the natural flavours and nutrients.
The oil is left for sedimentation in stainless steel containers for 5 days.
Oil is then filtered and packed into bottles.
No chemicals, bleaching agents, or preservatives are used in the entire process of getting the oil from farms to your kitchen counters.
