How to make BREAD IDLI Tasty Breakfast Quick & Easy

Preparation time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

Boiled and peeled potatoes- 6
Onion (finely chopped) – 2
Bread- 1 packet
Red chili powder- 1tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Raw mango powder (amchur)- 1tsp
Black salt- 1/2 tsp
Salt- as per taste
curd: 1 cup
Mustard seeds (rai): 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
Oil- 2 tsp

Preparation:

Step1: Prepare the potato mixture- Mash the potatoes. Add red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, black salt, and raw mango powder. And mix everything together.

Step 2: Heat a pan. Add 1tbsp oil. Let the oil heat. Add cumin seeds. Let it splatter. Add chopped onions and saute it for 2 mins. To it add the whole potato mixture and mix it well.

Step 3: Prepare curd mixture- whisk the curd and add mustard seeds to it.

Step 4: Take a slice of bread. Cut it in a round shape. Spread the potato mixture to one side of the bread. And to the other side spread the curd mixture.

Step 5: Now heat a pan. Brush the pan with oil. Put the prepared bread idli in the pan with curd mixture on the top side. cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 2 mins on medium-low flame.

Note: You don’t have to flip the sides of the bread.
